Track Your Return

If you've returned the package with the printed label, you'll be able to track it in the Returns Support Centre.

To track your return:

  1. Go to the Returns Support Centre.
  2. Click Manage Returns.
  3. Click Track Package next to the return you want to track.
If you are unable to print the label and hand-write the return address instead, the courier service representative will issue a courier receipt with a tracking id at the time of the pick-up. You can use this tracking id to track your return on FedEx's website.

However, this label will not be trackable in the Returns Support Centre.
