Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order that will state the date range in which you should expect to receive your order. Remember to check all of your email folders, including Junk.

Standard delivery

We’ll send you an email when your order is on its way. You should expect to receive your items 5 days after placing the order. 

Next day or nominated day delivery

Your delivery date will be on your order confirmation email.

Store collection 

We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. We always aim to deliver on the date you have selected and will give you next day delivery where available. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email. To find out more about collecting your order in store, click here.

Ordered flowers?

Flowers will be delivered between 7am and 7pm on your nominated delivery day.
