Did not receive cash back as Shopwagon promised

I have purchased the items in HDFC 15% cash back offer happened in Oct 2016 but till now i haven't receive the cash back. I started contacting customer care since 45 days and mails are going back and forth but issue is not resolved yet.

Shopwagon dumped me.
